Web support applications (Online Documentation, Emergency Keys, etc.) are available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

After Hours Emergency

For assistance with a production emergency after Data 21's Regular Hours, please start by sending email to support@data21.com. Please include the Job (JCL and SYSIN Parameters) as well as the SYSPRINT output in the email body or as a ".txt." attachment. For support issues of an immediate critical nature, that cannot wait until the next business day, call 805-748-4489 after sending the email.
